Ever since the word Human Resources started taking effective meaning, the Corporates experienced the uptrend in all their endeavor and effortlessly manage their business as well as "their competitors".
What I mean here, Managing "their business" is, they are on the right path to their "Vision" & "Mission". Though these words, "Vision" & "Mission" are not well defined or even not at all defined, it is the very basic need that they came in to existence.
What I meant "their competitors" is, any other entrepreneur, whether big or small, Professional or non-professional, local or MNC, Government or Private, Profitable or non-profitable, service or otherwise.
The way of "Human Resources Management" in any organisation, has an indisputable effect on the performance of the organisation.
